Work Inspires was built to Design and Customize Learning & Engagement Programmes to help your company & people Grow. Both co-founders have been in the industry for 10 years and have worked with many organizations, from MNCs to GLCs and SMEs both locally and abroad. Their work has also won them numerous awards over the years and have been featured on BFM, Marketing in Asia, and the HRM Asia.

methodology

Ideation
To discuss the challenges faced and goals the company would like to achieve. -
Focus Group
Conduct a focus group with the participants to assess their current situation and level of understanding. -
Delivery
Deliver the sessions with content adapted from the Focus Group along with assignments to ensure optimised results. -
Mentorship
To mentor and coach participants to complete their assignments so as to practice what has been learnt. -
Follow-up
To conduct follow-up sessions approximately 2 to 4 weeks after with the results of the initial assignments. -
Reporting
To submit an overall or individual report to the management in regards to the participants' performance.
