They have never failed to add value and passionately share their experiences to our young leaders in our Young Leaders Programme. I have worked with Mallory and Azfar over a few culture and people engagement projects and each one has certainly been both enriching as well as engaging. They bring with them a wealth of experience in working on culture and engagement projects. Mallory and Azfar take care to understand and appreciate the desired outcome for each projects before customizing content and delivery to meet those outcome needs. They are both highly responsive and are adaptive to changing needs, being able to adapt and adjust to the changing audience and circumstances, while keeping focus on the sought outcomes.
