The Founding
Work Inspires emerged from the personal journeys of its co-founders, Mallory Loone and Azfarazie Bin Amirolzakri. Both experienced the disheartening cycle of work dissatisfaction. They witnessed a common scenario in the workplace: people arriving with enthusiasm, only to become increasingly unhappy and eventually resign or retire unfulfilled.
This shared experience led to the founding of Work Inspires in 2019, with a commitment to transforming the work experience.

Work Inspires is a people development company.
We are dedicated to designing and building training and development (T&D) programmes that foster growth for companies and individuals. Our expertise spans various industries and sectors and is tailored for diverse organisational departments and roles. We personalise programmes for the phases of work life cycles, from graduates to C-suite. Be it mentorship or company-wide programmes, we focus on self, others and organisational actualisation by empowering people in organisations to realise their full potential. Our clientele comprises SMEs, MNCs, and GLCs in Malaysia and the region.

methodology

Ideation
To discuss the challenges faced and goals the company would like to achieve. -
Focus Group
Conduct a focus group with the participants to assess their current situation and level of understanding. -
Delivery
Deliver the sessions with content adapted from the Focus Group along with assignments to ensure optimised results. -
Mentorship
To mentor and coach participants to complete their assignments so as to practice what has been learnt. -
Follow-up
To conduct follow-up sessions approximately 2 to 4 weeks after with the results of the initial assignments. -
Reporting
To submit an overall or individual report to the management in regards to the participants' performance.
Going Beyond training
We start by deeply understanding the needs of people and organisations, leveraging our expertise and experience to identify both spoken and unspoken needs and designing personal yet powerful programmes. We follow up and follow through diligently; providing data-driven feedback to bridge performance gaps, nurture continued leadership resilience, and sustain organisational culture. A Responsibility
At Work Inspires, we believe that we have a responsibility to advocate for human development. Our co-founder serves as a Board Member of the Asian Human Development Organisation (AHDO), a body under the auspices of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).
We actively share ideas and insights through TEDx sessions and interviews with major media agencies, and we speak at Human Resource events organised by government agencies and corporations. We share our expertise on Holistic Human Development, Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) and HR Transformation.

Leadership and Development
Optimized leadership development programs for handpicked group of employees ranging from Non-Executives to Vice Presidents. Graduate & Management Trainees
Building young leaders with our clients has been our core since conception. We work with clients in designing their graduate trainees learning journey throughout their rotations acorss different units or departments, while ensuring work performance continues to improve. With some clients, we designed their assessment centre component to attract and hire the right talent as well.
